PL20230178 477 Stewart Creek Close – Lot 20 Block 23 Plan 1611360 Detached Dwelling – Variance to projection into side yard setback PL20230350 500 Cascade Drive – Lot 6 Block 24 Plan 2410460 Proposed Development: 239 unit residential development – Apartment (4 Buildings at 40, 63, 56 and 56 units), townhouse (3 Buildings at 8units each) Variances proposed: Maximum density, building height and eaveline height.
